Can you create something similar to a project shown here?
Yes. Our portfolio can provide inspiration, but your order will be customized to your logo, colours, garment, placement and preferred size. We will review your artwork and recommend the most suitable embroidery approach.
Do I need an embroidery-ready logo file?
No. Send us the clearest version of your logo or artwork available. If it has not been digitized for embroidery, we can prepare the embroidery file and provide a proof for approval before stitching. A one-time digitizing fee may apply.
Can I order one item or a larger quantity?
We work with individual projects as well as larger business, school, team and organization orders. Pricing depends on the garment, design, stitch count and quantity, so every project receives a personalized quote.
How long does custom embroidery take?
Most orders are completed in approximately 3–5 business days after design approval and once the garments and materials are available. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time, and we will confirm the expected timeline before production.
